Eligibility Guidelines:

All requests must be submitted 30 Days in advance to be considered.
If your donation is approved it must be picked up from our facility in Autaugaville, AL. We do not ship, meet or deliver donations.
Events or donations must support a non-profit and align with our values. Individuals and families are not eligible.
Products are donated at the discretion of Eleven86 Real Artesian Water.
Please understand that we will not be able to process and approve all requests due to high demand.
