Submit your request at least 60 days in advance so our team has enough time to review, coordinate, and prepare for your event.

🚐 Event Logistics
Our team brings everything needed for the Hydration Station. We simply ask for the adequate space to safely park, unload, and serve your guests.

With your permission, we'd love to capture photos or short videos during your event to celebrate your event and share the experience with our community.

We carefully review every promotion request to ensure we can provide the best possible experience for your event. While we would love to participate in every opportunity, scheduling, staffing, and event alignment may limit our availability.
